NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Speed Coach for 6 and a half years. I am from West Orange NJ, and I am 28 years old. I graduated college from NYU stern school of business with a degree in marketing and management. I ran track at NYU with a focus on sprinting. Throughout my life and high school I played football, basketball, and track. I’ve trained college soccer players, hockey players, volleyball players, and much more. I coach bootcamp, barbell, and do personal training. I love and get joy from seeing my clients achieve their goals and do things that they never thought they could ever do. I also love long walks on the beach, playing with puppies, and dancing.
