FIFTH QUARTER TRAINING
Fifth Quarter Training is a group training program that is designed to improve your strength, muscle endurance, and cardiovascular conditioning. Our 45 minute sessions include H.I.I.T, strength and Circuit Training. Fifth Quarter Training sessions are programmed to burn 400 to 500 calories, shed fat, improve your overall endurance and get RESULTS. We offer 20+ Boot Camp sessions a week. As well as One on One Personal Training and Small Group Training.
FIFTH QUARTER BOOT CAMP
45 minutes, Fullbody, large group training class. These Boot Camps are designed to shed unwanted fat and build lean muscle.
1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Detailed programming and 1 on 1 attention from a certified Personal Trainer. Workouts are tailored to meet your personal goals.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
2 - 5 friends or family members in a 60 min small group training session. Workouts are fun, interactive, and progress overtime.
YOUTH ATHLETIC TRAINING
Build your young athletes speed, agility and strength. Taking your athlete to the next level in his or her sport.

I’ve trained with both Maiya and Brad and they are incredible. This is a great place for Boot Camp training. All the trainers are excellent and Personal Training is also very good. They even have Parisi Speed School for kids of all ages. Extremely beneficial for kids who looks to get faster and stronger in their respective sports or personal goals. Not to mention the facility the best around and they now offer open gym for those who like to workout by themselves.

Training with Bradley has been the best decision ever! Having a busy work and life schedule, and struggling to achieve the fitness results I wanted with other trainers the past 4 years has been frustrating. Bradley, however, helped me achieve my fitness goals efficiently and produced the results I wanted. His training style is dynamic, creative and includes total body conditioning. Most of all, he’s personable and professional. If you’re serious about training and want to see results, I highly recommend a session with Bradley.

I absolutely enjoyed 5 th quarter its a game changer I come to my gym which I also enjoy ; work out by myself but after a while you need that extra push and motivation. The circuits workouts definitely challenges you to higher levels putting your strength and resistance to the test. Always lots of equipment to work with and the trainers come with great routines in every workout. I’ve also taken strength training classes I absolutely love the class. Totally recommend these programs to you all!

Joined a group boot camp class at this facility and it was everything I wanted and more! Great supportive staff that hold you accountable for your goals! Great teammates that push you through a work out and make it undoubtedly fun!! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to start or continue a fitness journey

I’ve been struggling with my weight for years. I finally took the first step and joined Fifth Quarter training. I’m absolutely obsessed with working out now. All the coaches are so motivating and encouraging. They are all So professional and filled with all the knowledge I needed to get me on track. I’m a few months into my journey now and im seeing real results and I’m getting stronger. I highly recommend. Thank you so much
