45 minutes, Fullbody,  large group training class. These Boot Camps are designed to shed unwated fat and build lean muscle.

Detailed programming and 1 on 1 attention from a certified Personal Trainer. Workouts designed and programmed for your personal goals.

Fifth Quarter Athletics

2 - 5 friends, family members or teammates in a 60 min small group training session. Workouts are fun and interactive. As the group progresses so will the workouts.

FIFTH QUARTER TRAINING

Fifth Quarter Training was founded in 2016 by Owner & Coach L. Bradley Jones.  We started with outdoor group HIIT style Circuit Training which we called Fifth Quarter Boot Camp. As we grew, we partnered with Gold Medal Fitness and moved our program indoors. 

In 2020 the pandemic hit and forced us back outside. Our members and supporters stayed with us through this trying time. During this time we did online Boot Camps as well as outdoors Boot Camps. We can't express our apprecation enough. Thank you so much to all of our loyal and amazing supporters. 

In July 2022 Gold Medal Fitness decied to close for good. Which forced us to find a new location in a short period of time but we got it done. On September 2022 we officially opened our very own facility Fifth Quarter Athletics and Training. With our new space we created new programs, Fifth Quarter Barbell Club as well as Fifth Quarter Athletics (Youth Athletic Training).

    Our Mission is to build a comfortable, fun, friendly enviorment that empowers individuals to achiveve their optimal health and fitness with our exciting, challenging group fitness program.
