About Fifth Quarter
Fifth Quarter Athletics & Training was founded in 2016 by Owner & Coach L. Bradley Jones. We started with outdoor group HIIT style Circuit Training, which we called Fifth Quarter Boot Camp. Our unique approach quickly attracted a dedicated community of fitness enthusiasts who appreciated the intense, results-driven workouts and the supportive, motivating environment. As our community grew, we partnered with Gold Medal Fitness, allowing us to move our program indoors and offer our members a more comprehensive fitness experience with top-of-the-line equipment and facilities.
In 2020, the pandemic hit, and like many others, we faced unprecedented challenges. However, rather than letting this setback slow us down, we adapted by taking our workouts back outside and expanding our offerings to include online Boot Camps. Our dedicated members and supporters stood by us through this challenging time, proving that Fifth Quarter Training is more than just a fitness program—it's a community. The resilience and commitment of our members motivated us to continue delivering high-quality fitness training, no matter the circumstances.
